Aspen real estate continues to forge forward into the new year with Y-T-D average single family sold price up 23.8% to $7,353,532 and condos up 8.6% to $2,203,014. Snowmass Village single family home sold price dipped 13.6% to $3,459,382 while condo sold price rose 2.8% to $935,802.
