With inflation and interest rates on the decline we anticipate an increase in new listings and more opportunities for buyers that have been sitting on the sidelines to jump back into the market and find the property they have been looking for. A trend we continue to see is Aspen and Snowmass long time homeowners cashing out of their homes up-valley and purchasing properties in the mid-valley where they can still enjoy all the incredible amenities and activities the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer.

The 41st annual Aspen Food & Wine Classic was just in town and our famous 4th of July parade is just around the corner. So much to do and experience before the days grow shorter!

There is no doubt that the 2024 real estate market has started off strong (particularly compared to last year). We continue to see high end deals both on and off market, like the $36 million home that just closed in West Aspen and the $80 million Owl Creek home that is under contract. Currently, there is a lot of buyer demand out there, those that are finding the right property are jumping on them quickly because they know that another great property might not come along for a while.
