HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! Summer has finally arrived after a very wet spring, making the valley floor and mountains intensely green. The Snowmass/Carbondale rodeos, Fanny Hill free music concerts and Aspen/Basalt farmers markets are where locals and guests can be found besides on trails, in the rivers and on golf courses!
The start of the 2023 ski season has proven to be one of the best in over a decade. The Men's Audi FIS World Cup Downhill, a true Aspen tradition is upon us, cowbells will be ringing and racing history will be made once again! Also among great starts is our 2023 real estate market. With an improved yet historically low inventory, sold prices remain strong as they maintain a pace similar to that of 2022.
Spring Break 2022 is here! Days are getting longer which means lifts stay open later! Ski conditions are amazing and as a result Aspen Mountain has just announced that they will be extending their season an extra week, through April 24th. As an added bonus on April 1st, Aspen Mountain will stay open until 6pm with live music and libations. Don't miss out!
